I started a free trial on the avast cleanup premium and I just discovered that it was renewed. In two different places by the way. So my money was debited twice. I applied for a refund but I haven't even gotten a confirmation email. How long does it take to process please?

I have gotten an email on the first order being refunded. But the second one with reference number 07072813 hasn't been mentioned at all
