Title: Avast already downloaded to computer, Device not showing in MyAccount

I would like a clarification.

I downloaded the Free Antivirus from Avast on Sept 13th on both my desktop and laptop.

Today, Sept 19th, I finally went to manage my account via the website. My devices are not showing up there.

It is prompting me to download the installer. Since the software is already installed, how do I get the devices to show up in my account.

Please advise.

All the my.avast.com account appears to be good for at the moment is a place to sign in and a place to retrieve
any paid licenses you may have.
