Title: Task Bar "Shields Control" issue.

The "disable shields until computer is restarted" option accessible via taskbar right-click menu, disables the shields. However, after restart, the shields remain off. They must be manually turned on. This happens consistently on my WIN10 64 install with AVAST V.18.6.2349.

I can't reproduce the problem on the same system and the latest free version of Avast.
Try the following: Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
