Hi,

This 14 October 2018 I just received a Nexway £39.99 Pre-approved payment notifiction:

Transaction ID 1X3011296T9652803 - Seller information - Nexway
paypal_www@nexway.com Invoice ID 1983557-4
Purchase details Avast NEXWAY £39.99 .

A month ago I switched all my Avast pre-approved payments off because I prefer to do things manually.

So there is something very wrong here.

And as previously, the payment advice is of little use because it does not itemise what has been paid for.

Please advise.

Just contacted https://support.avast.com with the details, this is the second month running I have had to request a refund for pre-approved payments I have now already cancelled, am getting a little tired of this.
