when I start the cell phone the avg avast gives the signal to be connected in the top bar. But, when entering the program it is not connected and after waiting for it to synchronize, it gives the error 1.6.2.
It gives the same error again and again, until it connects.
Then, 6-7 attempt to connect.

So, are you running AVG or Avast..!?
