Title: Windows update problems

For whatever reason, i can't install W10 October 24 update because when i scan for updates, it says Windows is up to date. Troubleshooting hasn't worked. I have 1809 version what i installed in 3rd october.

What updates ??? I'm also on 1809 as of 10/2/2018

That update is for Win 10 1803
