Just talked to Paypal and they say that Avast has incorrectly tagged the actual PayPal website as a Phishing website. Had a difficult time using Paypal to pay for an order. Please correct the warning. Thanks!

This happened some time ago (many posts in the forums) and a fix was done in the VPS Update (Virus Definitions Update).
Ensure that you have an updated Virus Definitions, latest version is 181029-6.
EDIT: looks like you aren't alone in this.

I can only report the problem. I didn't cause it and I certainly can't fix it. :)

I'm well aware of that.
After the last time, I would have thought avast phishing alerts on what are huge volume sites would have had some serious reworking.
