My Avast will sent a warning that my Avast is outdated. When I go into my acct and try to update it doesn't do it. Now I get an email that sez I need to reactivate my acct. What gives?

- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
