In the Protection of sensitive data screen the number of protected documents appears and for some time the writing "Sensitive data - Lower risk". What does this sign mean? Meanwhile, I uninstalled the antivirus. Too many quirks in the latest versions !!
Thank you

I had already visited those pages.
The problem is that once the "Protect all" function has been activated, the one written for me incomprehensible continues to appear. I therefore asked for explanations regarding.
-
- Which Avast..? (Free/Pro/IS/Premier)
- Which version..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)

Post a screenshot.

I can not attach screenshots as I have uninstalled avast and will not reinstall it until new version!
I repeat that in the Protection of sensitive data screen the number of protected documents is shown and for some time the words "Sensitive data - Reduced risk" all next to a yellow triangular logo with an exclamation mark inside. Previously the only written, in green, of the protected documents appeared.
I assume a malfunction! I do not understand that the word "Sensitive Data - Reduced Risk" may indicate a category of protected documents.
For those who use the Premier version of Avast to check what I say should not be difficult ... or maybe I'm the only one to have noticed? ... The anomaly only affects my program?

No issues here

How come you do not use Avast?
It has several messages that you help the staff here in the forum and you and moderator. I thought all moderators had been using AVAST
Do not you think Avast is a great antivirus?

He isn't a moderator. He doesn't work for Avast. Avast staff is clearly marked as Avast employee.

I reinstalled avast, last version 18.8.2356, and after the scanning of sensitive data continues to appear to me the screen with the number of protected documents and the inscription:
Sensitive documents - lower risk.
I ask is everything normal?
Thank you

I think I have solved the problem posed.
The sensitive documents that are protected, in the latest versions of Avast, I imagine have been divided by risk categories. My documents, however protected, are all at reduced risk.
That said, considering the fact that the version of Avast Premier is full of features that I personally do not consider essential for me, I decided, after trying the latest versions, to return to the free version that has a definitely reduced impact on the performance of my PC.
Too bad that by performing the intelligent scan, and I wonder why, we are still analyzing sensitive data that can not be protected but only skipped / ignored.

Well, that's an ad for the paid version.
Probably better to stay on Premier and remove the unwanted stuff.
