Title: Update subscription

I have paid my new sub and Avast site said it would email my code in 48 hours due to problems on site.  Now several days later and still no email. Logged on to my account and found a code there but it will not update Premium prog after several attempts.  What can I do to activate my renewal??

Where/how did you get your subscription?
