Why there are no support options for the ultimate product? If somebody is interested in it, there is no automated guidance for it??

How can I contact your support except by phone? I would like to purchase Avast Ultimate, and I would like to se what offers do you have for your long-term user. They can contact me on my registration email if some of the mods see this.

Phone service is via 3rd party support. Sorry but not something I would use.

I think I have already asked :-) Is there any coupons/vouchers for long-term users? I would like to purchase an Ultimate version for Windows and Android. I hope there is an actual human mod here who will reach out to me and offer some advice/support?
