Title: Firefox won't allow me to login to the forum
Post by: REDACTED on November 20, 2018, 03:48:06 PM: Can't logon to the forum from Firefox (see attached screenshot.) Safezone browser works just fine, as you can see from this post. Also Firefox Avast password doesn't work any more. I can add the extension to Firefox, but the Avast password icon does nothing.

That has nothing to do with the password not working.
What is the forum username that you have trouble signing into the forum with ???

Yes, I am using Avast VPN in both Firefox and Avast Secure Browser

What is the other Username that you can't access in Firefox ???

I simply enter the forum and I am presented with the above error message in Firefox. If you look at the screenshot above you can see the Forum says "Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum! This ban is not set to expire."

Are you using a VPN ??? If so, which one. ???
Try changing your location if you're using a VPN or try it without using the VPN.

How long ago did this happen and were you logging on as you are now ?
e.g. looks like you aren't banned on these credentials, user name, email, IP address.

If you happen to be using a VPN on occasion the IP location may be blocked.

EDIT: I can't see anything on your username, email or the IP address you have used. A bit of a mystery.

Its just a Firefox problem, even with all addons disabled (Tested today) - please fix ASAP as Firefox is my default browser.

Not a problem on Chrome or Edge

@ chatz,
No problem here either. Same version of FF as yours.
I suggest you check your add-ons to make sure none of them are blocking your ability to log into the forum.

You're error message states you are banned. Try clearing your browser data.
If it's working on other browsers, it's something in your Firefox. We aren't having any problems signing into the forum using Firefox.
