I can't use your email scanning because you insist on spamvertising your product at the bottom of every email I send. That breaks the auto-processing systems I send a good chunk of my emails to, and I can't afford to risk forgetting to disable them for a particular email send or I won't get my rental supplement money.
I'm on disability. I have a whopping $1300/month to live on. I can't *afford* commercial/paid-for AV products, but I'm rather ticked that I can't be properly protected because of YOUR spam.

scanning outgoing mails dont protect you, it protect the reciver ;)

Thank you very much! There is a typo in the instructions, though -- there is no subsection for that check box to disable the signatures; it now appears in the general section. I'd thought I wasn't finding it because I use Avast Free, not the paid edition, but when you posted the same response the forum had, I looked harder. :)
