I would suggest asking this in the Avast CleanUp forum https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=63.0 (https://forum.avast.com/index.php?board=63.0).

And or check out the Avast CleanUp Premium FAQ https://support.avast.com/en-gb/article/Cleanup-Premium-FAQ (https://support.avast.com/en-gb/article/Cleanup-Premium-FAQ).

У меня такая же проблема, я не могу отключить автопродление лицензии. И вообще пробная версия не работает, снова открывается окно для покупки новой лицензии. Уберите у меня автопродление пожалуйста. Моя электронная почта:  t1995r@mail.ru

I have the same problem, I can not disable the auto-renewal of the license. In general, the trial version does not work, the window for buying a new license opens again. Remove my auto-renewal please. My email: t1995r@xxxxxxxx

I suggest you remove your email from a public forum as it could easily be harvested by a spam bot.

Suffice to say it is the same email as you have used to register for the forums.
