Title: password reset not working!!

Hi, I have the following problem.

I reset my password and then had to confirm it on another device but whatever I do, it won't work.

So I can't use the program anymore

an anyone help????????

if I understand correctly, the synchronization had been working for you until you have changed the password on https://my.avast.com/ ?

If this is the case you need to introduce the new password in one of the synchronized devices. If this is not working, can you please send me the error message that the application showed you? What is the email address you have been using with Avast Passwords?
