Title: Refund Processed but no money?

Hi, I recently requested a refund from Avast and it was approved and processed for a few days

however, despite them saying it was processed i dont have my refund!

heres my order ID: #55147882400

it also gave me a password along with it, so im not sure if i have to confirm the refund and/or how to do it

Refund usually takes 7 - 10 business days.

Hi Rocky16,

I can confirm that the refund has been processed by our distributor on December 8th, and the funds are on their way back to your account. As Bob says, it can take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please reply to the email you received confirming the refund if you don't receive the funds after this time.
