Title: Avast Installer Keeps asking me to reboot

Uninstalled Avast Free Version to get Safezone Browser off my computer.  Tried to remove it without uninstalling avast but could not figure out how.

When I try to reinstall avast, avast installer keeps asking me to reboot.  I have turned my computer off twice so far.  What's the deal?

You'd actually have to do a restart to have your system shut down completely and then start again.
