Title: I need help with blacklist URL

My avast keep notifying me about a link being blocked even though im not opening it or my browser is opened. someone told me this is a blacklist URL problem.

Getting popup "URL:Blacklist. Many times. Avast says threst secured - but message keeps popping up. What is it? Why doesn't Avast get rid of it?
