Title: Avast Passwords will not start

The AVAST Key Icon on tool bar has an exclamation point next to it. I click on it like I normally do to open up AVAST Passwords. The AVAST Passwords pop up window pops in from the side and the "Starting" word shows with the circle spinning round and round and round. However it never starts.

Please help. Very frustrating.

yep same here, i cant log into anything, i had to reset here to try and find help

 avast passwords not working on fire fox or chrome

what a mess

so just to update you OP since the avast team is busy

dont bother calling, english is not their first language

its not their problem its yours, if you cant get your passwords in the list, they are gone forever and theres nothing they can do about it

yea i called,,,

shame on avast

ps - download and buy avast passwords, so secure you cant even get them!

Hi,

Issu is from last GG chrome update which unactive Password plug in.

Go to the Avast password key on the top of GG,right clic and delete the plug in.

Then close GG and open Avast UI.Go to Settings /Privacy/ and open Password and setting at the right.

Re-add the GG plug in and follow stpe on the screen.
