Title: OSStatus error -60005

I cant uninstall or even disable Web Shield, getting: Authorization Failed, The Operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -60005)
This is a big issue for me, I have tried to uninstall using Uninstall Avast from app menu,   and have also tried to uninstall using Uninstall Avast.app from a newly downloaded installation dmg file.
I need to disable (or uninstall) to get access to a customers guest network (which usually prompt for username+password, but only when disable Web Shield.)

Ok a restart of the mac solved the problem...   My first restart after installing latest macOS, Mojave
