I keep getting page fault in non paged area. I have attached a copy of the mini dump.

Hi Stapes
I would like to ask you to upload your memory dump for analysis.
The default location of the dump file is %SystemRoot%\memory.dmp i.e C:\Windows\memory.dmp if C: is the system drive. Windows can also capture small memory dumps which occupy less space. These dumps are created at %SystemRoot%\Minidump.dmp (C:\Window\Minidump.dump if C: is the system
Pack the memory.dmp file as Stapes_bsod_1_2019.zip and upload it to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming for analysis
Thank you

I zipped the mini dump files as you requested and renamed them Stapes_bsod_1_2019, however when I click the link you listed to upload the file, I find nowhere to upload the file. Am I misunderstanding something in the instructions. I clicked the link you gave me but it just shows Parent directory. I am using 7-zip for a zip program

Hi Stapes,
Stapes_bsod_1_2019.zip is only text file with description of the error. The dump file is on path : C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011019-9375-01.dmp
Can you please upload it too.
Thank you

I went to the file C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011019-9375-01.dmp and tried to open the file so that I could upload the file, and I got the following message.
You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission.
How do I get permission to open the file for upload.

Hi Stapes,
to open C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011019-9375-01.dmp you need to be administrator.
Run for example totalcmd as admin and try to copy C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011019-9375-01.dmp into another location (for example C:\temp\011019-9375-01.dmp).
