What a strange problem!
I have a new credit card #
I want to give Avast the new # as my Avast Internet Security subscription ends today.
I have been trying to do this for a month.
No one at Avast seems to understand.
I am given phone numbers that are not answered.
I am told how to download installation files
I get confused emails from Avast that do not seem to understand what I am asking.
I cannot be the first person that has a new payment method.
I am going to have to switch to a different paid antivirus simply because no one at Avast seems to know how I can give them a new credit card#
Am I missing something?

I also tried to change my payment info, spent an hour being sent in circles trying to follow the instructions given at the link below as well as other help forums, decided it was futile to change my payment info. Tried to cancel my subscription with the same results. It is obvious they get enough people giving up to make this worthwhile to them, so...
I have now documented my attempts to cancel, will simply challenge the charge when it comes use this documentation to prove my point. I will also share this experience on social media since the only way to avoid this hastle is to NOT USE THIS SERVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
