Hi,
I've written avast billing support for a refund 3x in the past week and have not gotten a response. I wrote to support and did not get a response.
Are you still in business?
Why aren't you responding to inquiries?
Posting here to find out what's going on...
Please help asap!

Were you using the support ticket system, e.g. you should get a support ticket ID ?
If you did, submitting multiple tickets on the same issue could well be your problem. Support Tickets are handled in a first in first out, by submitting multiple tickets on the same issue and orderID, etc. will drop you back to the bottom of the list.

David@ Would you have a link to support that gives a ticket ID? I have tried to find said support but cannot find it.

Please submit only one support request and wait a bit. Since this is Friday might be a wait as it is the weekend coming up.
