Title: PAID AVAST PASSWORD ON SAMSUNG STOPPED WORKING

Hello,
I recently renewed my Avast password subscription on December 2018, unfortunately since last week and until today my android device won't recognize my one touch log in and my written password which I attempted several times!! The Avast subscription on my laptop works well and accessible after typing my password. I need help to fix this issue.
