Title: Malwarebytes blocks "avast2018.download" because of FRAUD

The Malwarebytes real-time protection shields blocks the URL: "avast2018.download".
What is happening here?
Is "avast2018.download" a valid Avast site?

Avast detects nothing in a (boot-time)scan.
