Hello,
I have many systems all with Windows XP Pro SP3 32 bit and I just updated them from Avast Free Antivirus 12.3 to Avast Free Antivirus 18.8 which is the last version which will be available for WinXP.
The update went well and was done automatically by pressing the update button from within version 12.3.
So not a clean/fresh new install of 18.8.
For all the systems except one, upon finishing the update to 18.8 I was automatically granted a new 18.8 free license for 365 days, independently from when the 12.3 free license was due to expire (in every system the 12.3 free license was due to expire in less than 365 days).
On one system the new 18.8 free license was granted only for 30 days.
I would like to have also for this system a new 18.8 free license lasting for 365 days.
Can anyone help?
