Title: Cancel Premium Cleanup

I haven't received any order confirmation nor email after signing up for Free trial for premium. It's expiring soon and I want to cancel my renewal. Here is the license 9G3XPX-BDAMPJ-5RU7GW. Please help me cancel the auto renewal...The email used is postbag237@hotmail.com

your subscription has already been cancelled on February 5th.

The trial period is still valid until February 22nd so you can still enjoy our product until then.

Hi! The same is happening to me... how can I sove this problem? I'm from Brazil, is there any difference?
