Title: Activation of License

I have renewed my mac license fot avast on Jan 14th 2019
I had to reinstall avast.
I cannot activate the license ( the number of the purchase ticket is 24942929 )

I have opened more that 3 support tickets ( last one today with email lirabento@gmail.com )

Please help

Avast's customer care should be in contact already. They should handle it.
