How much time tech support answer? I waiting here already 2 days for answer and can't normally work because of problems with Avast, the only thing what they send to me for this time is an additional spam mail message
So, how much I need to wait?

Be patient, support is only available on business days. Also, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
