Hello I made a purchase and since the support doesn't even have a support chat or sent replies though mails I've decided to post it here with hopes the Avast employees will help me.

I'd like to get a refund I posted on the refund section. Reason is because the difficulty of usage and due high price I receive zero support and knowledge about the product I order

I wouldn't mind to keep my purchased VPN but the reason is I cannot set it up as I always losing connection and this article doesn't help either as the support suggested, because even that I changed the DNS I still losing connection
