Hello
I just created an account because i saw a payment in my bank account of this antivirus, but the problem is that i have never installed this in any of my devices.
I wrote an email by the "solitud de reembolso" form, but i still dont have any answer.
If you can help me or i will call my lawyer, because i feel like i am being robbed.

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Also, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).
