Title: Can ACP's Rescue Center recover deleted Windows 10 installation files?

I have noted in Avast Cleanup Premium that I have checked Background & Startup Programs in its Rescue Center.  Would it be possible to recover Windows i10 Home v. 1803 installation files that were deleted by ACP using the Rescue Center?

Hi,

we do not create a backup of files which are deleted using either System Junk or Browser Data features because then you would not save any space by deleting them (you would basically just create a copy of the original file somewhere else while deleting the original).
