Whenever i activate secure line either through secure browser plug in or through avast I will get 'resolving host' in the bottom left corner with the connection taking a few seconds for each webpage (any link clicked) before loading up. With vpn off websites load instantly.
This is making browsing painful with vpn. This is on a clean of windows install.
windows 10 pro 1809
i9-9900k
gigabyte z390 ultra (latest bios and drivers for ethernet and wifi)
ISP is virgin media
I am using avast secure browser send help
