Title: no repair option?

Hi,just got my laptop back today (windows 10)  They (simplyfixit) installed avast business cloudcare free trial.It was open when they showed me in the shop.I get back home and it will not open .Quickly shows a flicker of a white box then nothing.
Tried troubleshooting,restarting.Nothing.Tried repair but it only shows window with uninstall or cancel option.Any ideas? Any search tells me there should be a  repair option as well.
