Title: Anti-theft won't log in

My anti-theft won't log in. I've even tried changing my password on my account. I've tried to follow the instructions about submitting a message with a video link and I can't even get that to pull up. Please help!

No luck here either...it keeps looping me back to statement"Anti theft is disabled" and only gives me one option as required information goes.( change pi n) then ( re-enter pin)
