If I add a new policy, and "Add Policy Using Settings from: <existing policy>", It does create a copy, However, all the settings are default, and nothing in the policy copies over. This has been going on for about 2 months.
I have tried all of the policies we have, including the "Default Policy Template", provided in the beginning from Avast. None copy successfully. So far, no help from Avast, other than a "Known Bug" response.
Any ideas or help?

A little late with this response :o but just as information: you would have better luck asking in the CloudCare Communit forum https://community.cloudcare.avg.com/ (https://community.cloudcare.avg.com/). You can get there after logging into the CloudCare portal and clicking the Avast Community link in the header.

Did the Business support technician give you a ticket number for this known bug? If not, have you submitted a case at https://www.avast.com/business-support-contact (https://www.avast.com/business-support-contact) yet?
