Title: Should Upgrade to Avast Pro Package for Macbook Pro

I find that macbook users often do not have virus problems.
Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the avast pro package or just a free version?

The decision is up to you. Both versions use the same virus definitions database. The paid version provides more features and more protection layers. Premium features (as today) are  ransomware shield(protects your precious files and folders), WiFi Inspector(monitors your WiFi), anti-phishing(extra cloud DB with latest phishing websites). OTOH, the Free product was selected as MacAv for 2019 by various websites.
