Title: False positive? - IOBIT Startup Manager

Avast Desktop reported this as a false positive, but Virustotal thinks Avast has reported it Clean.

Virus total doesn't run the full set of avast tools, essentially it is running an on-demand scan, whereas a real-time on-access scan checks more aspects (behaviour, etc.)

Since you didn't attach a screenshot of the avast alert we haven't much to work with.

Is this an IOBIT security based program ?
It could well be conflicting or doing something that wouldn't ordinarily be done in a non-security based program.
