Title: Anyone having or had issues with uploading files into a web browser

I am cant upload files on web browsers or they take forever to upload on gmail.
Anyone knows if avast has anything to do with this issue.
I called my internet provider and they checked my router, line, connection and everything was working fine.
Please let me know if anyone had this issue.

If you right click avast tray icon down by the clock

Do you something like manage shields / pause shields ?

If so try pause shields ... does the issue go away then?

What upload speed is your ISP providing and how large a file are you uploading ???
To what site are you uploading ???
