Title: Anti theft setup not happening

Hello

I am trying for anti theft setup but it's not happening coz I am not able to open the tab grant necessary permissions. It's still orange and not getting green don't know why. I have purchased 700 yearly subscription.
While tapping it's not getting open. Please help
