Hi all, I sent a ticket to the business support, the day after, I received this email:
"This is an email to remind you that your request TICKET xxxxxxxx is pending and awaits your feedback. Please respond at your earliest convenience so we can provide further assistance if needed."

Where can I find the ticket I opened?
