I was charged on my PayPal for something I didn’t authorize!! I’ve tried contacting support and keep getting the same automated message back!! Can someone please help me!!!!

I'm sorry for the difficulties you were experiencing with getting your refund. The payment was due to an auto-renewal subscription that was registered to another email address. I have now processed the refund for you and have sent you a confirmation via email.
