Can someone tell me how i request i Synchronisation Group Reset? I can't synchronise (access) my (old)passwords across devices and after reading multiple posts it seems like it is the only option?

Hi Magnus,
I can reset the Synchronisation Group for you, but can I first ask you to confirm that you understand that doing this will delete any Passwords data that you have synchronised and that you would still like to proceed?

Hi Magnus,
Your synchronisation group is now reset, so you can create a new one under the same Avast account/email address. (Please see the relevant support guide article here if you need any instructions on how to do this: https://support.avast.com/article/255/)
