Title: Avast does not open

Avast Internet Security program and also Avast Cleanup Premium does not open.
It does not react on clicks from shortcuts, system tray, start menu. W10

- Which version of AIS..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
