Title: My Avast Antivirus won't "talk" on windows 10

Ever since I have I put Avast Antivirus Free on my laptop with windows 10, it does not talk.  I have checked the settings, sound and voice is enabled. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and repair, checked my speakers, and changed the language to pirate to no avail. I really miss my pirate's voice. Any suggestions please?

It's been a while, but recent versions; Avast doesn't talk anymore.....Gone with the wind. :-\

AFAIK last version that worked was version 9.
