Title: Avast locks down internet randomly

About every 6-8 hours of usage, avast will just lock up and not allow any internet traffic.  If I disable the shields for 10 minutes and re-enable them, it comes back.

I can tell you this - if Avast's solution is to "uninstall and reinstall" - the first part will take places, the second part will not.

Repair Avast:
1. Avast GUI -> Settings -> Troubleshooting
2. Click on 'REPAIR APP'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.
