Title: Avast is blocking our domain

Hi all,
I have just found out that after our website was hacked a few security providers are blocking our domain.

I have already wrote the email to delist the url from other listing authorities but I couls not find the support link to do that with avast.
When I disable Avast I can access the url but not while its active.
We have cleaned all the files and even changed the host and there are no viruses on our domain anymore.
Where can I submit the request to rescan the url and to take us off from the blacklist?
