Title: Cannot turn off offers in paid version

I bought a real Avast antivirus license because I wanted to turn off pesters like, "We found a problem and here's an Avast product you can buy."  Today I got a popup, "Your PC's running slow.  To resolve, here's an Avast product you can buy..."  I turned these messages off!  Look at the attached file!

The only popups I want to see are "you have a virus" or "there's a new version."  What's the correct way to  disable all product offers (that's different from my attached screenshot)?

You shouldn't have any popups of that nature, there is a reason you got the Pro version. When you unchecked theses boxes did you restarted your PC, it might help I would uncheck the second box as well.
