Title: ublocking programs when using avast firewall

I have the avast firewall installed in my computer. When I installed a new program, in this case stunnel, the avast firewall keeps on blocking it from running. What do I need to change in the firewall to fix it? So far my only solution was to remove the avast firewall completely to be able to get stunnel to run.

Is your firewall set to Private which is used for home and work? Default is public and that blocks everything.
