Title: Avast not giving answers about my VPN refund petition.

I was charged 5 days before my trial ends. Sent a petition to the official Avast refund support area. No answers were given til today. Anyone knows how much it will take for them to answer? I'm getting bad feelings about this and I need the money. Thanks.

7-10 business days.
Post your Support ticket # here and don't file any new ones.
Each new request starts the process all over again.

Hi, and thanks for the reply. I don't know where to find it. I know that the system gave me a number, but I thought it wasn't important. However you did help. I'll keep noticing.

I've reported your concerns to Avast.
Let's see if that helps but, don't expect anything here till after the weekend.

Thanks. Once I receive the refund i'll get you noticed. Just got an e-mail to rate the suport. I have not received anything confirming my refund so i'll believe its automatically

Hi I have purchased a VPN about 2 weeks ago it doesn't work I dont know how to receive a refund so I'm asking on here ..its a very complicated system for an older person not tech savvy. I paid through PayPal and would like the money refunded as I now have another VPN that is simple to use and working... it also states that I do not have any subscriptions very confusing please help regards
